I got to know Dan through a 6 week online course. He is very supportive and accommodating and I really enjoyed our sessions. Coming from a nursing background into a sales role has been a great learning experience and a positive challenge. Learning the course content was great but I have also learnt a lot from the way Dan communicates and guides the meetings. A few months ago I had the unique opportunity to develop and understand my leadership skills with Dan. After our initial conversation I can definitely say I was heard, my goals were understood and Dan was able to draw out what I needed from a mentor/leadership coach!
